Truss OS
Engineering Firm OS
The whole firm,
running as one engine.
Truss OS is the operating system for an engineering firm — pursuits and fees, the phase-native project spine, the field log, calcs and standards, the PE-seal gate, the books and multipliers, and a ten-department agent org routing underneath all of it.
One engine, every discipline. You don't build a separate system for civil, mechanical and software —
the money and the schedule math are identical. Truss runs the universal core and you flip a module:
Civil / Mechanical / Software. Change the discipline, not the software. Try the switch inside.
This is the real OS, not a slideshow. It runs entirely in your browser. Everything you type stays in
this tab, nothing is uploaded, and the floor resets when you leave. Nothing here sends, spends, publishes or
seals — anything that would is staged on the Approval Desk instead.

Each one is a five-seat chain — department head, administrative executive, pacemaker, and two opposing lenses — gated on a confidence bar before anything is released. Nova, the COO, routes and packages; she does not do the work.
